page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable

SECURITY POLICY
Your web based payment and personal information are always safe. We
utilize a Paypal payment gateway which is considered one of the safest
forms of payment on the web. Our products can be purchased utilizing a
Paypal account or a credit or debit card through Paypal as a guest.
Paypal protects buyers and sellers alike from fraudulent purchases and
insures a safe and fast transaction.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final or No Refunds. Although, we do not offer a standard
refund policy. In the event you receive the wrong rod or decide a
different model is what you would like we will work with you to handle
the situation. Please contact us through our contact us page, in
advance of shipping the rod back to obtain an RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization) within 5 days of delivery date.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of
purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your
order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS),
United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O.
Boxes.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered,
please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification
must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS
deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
Orders including rods are $24.95 for shipping and handling.
Orders not including rods range from $5.20 to $12.95 for shipping and handling.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged the current sales tax rate.
